Strongman Arena The Arnold Strongman Classic is an annual competition featuring strength athletes from all over the world.

Created by Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jim Lorimer, it is an offshoot of the Arnold Sports Festival which takes place annually in Columbus, Ohio, USA. Instead of focusing on endurance, speed and athleticism like the World's Strongest Man, the competition is geared toward the heaviest instruments in the world to find out who truly is the strongest man. 4th place and I can’t ask for more! Big congratulations to Mitchell Hooper for the win, Mateusz Kieliszkowski for 2nd and Tom "The Albatross" Stoltman for 3rd. Coming back after four years off with some major body composition changes has been interesting. 10 months ago a massive surgery, 3 months ago my wife and I lost our daughter. I’d be lying if I said this prep hasn’t been one of the hardest in my career. Lifting among these great athletes, in front of the crowds was awesome. To come out with a 4th place finish, injury free and healthy is a great feeling. Thank you to all the athletes, the organizers and volunteers at the Arnold Classic/Rogue Fitness, to my family, friends, coaches and of course to my fans! You all keep me going and give me that extra push I need! A huge thank you to my wife Kelsey Henson, who continues to support me and stand by my side through my crazy career decisions, who is one of the strongest people I know on this planet, continuing to shock me with her positivity, optimism and loving heart.
