A special moment from last weekend’s RSPA Florida conference.

I’m honored to receive the Professional of the Year award for my region and grateful to spend my days doing something I truly love through racquet sports.

Florida has an incredible tennis community, and I’ve been fortunate to learn from and work alongside so many outstanding coaches and players over the years.

Most of all, thank you to my students and players. You make every day on the court fun, challenging, and rewarding, and I truly have the best group anyone could ask for.

This award may have my name on it, but it reflects the many people who have been part of the journey. Thank you for your support, encouragement, and love of the game. 🎾

What a great weekend at the RSPA Florida Conference! 🎾

I had the chance to help lead Cardio Tennis workouts with the CT team, help run a Triples & Feeding Competition, learn from some incredible coaches and presenters, and spend time connecting with so many passionate tennis professionals.

One of my favorite parts of these events is the opportunity to share ideas, learn something new, and bring fresh energy back to our players and programs.

To top it all off, I was honored to be named Professional of the Year for my region. 🏆 I’m incredibly grateful for the players, colleagues, mentors, and friends who have been part of this journey. Thank You Jackie Bohannon for the nomination!

🎪 Welcome to the Cardio Tennis Circus, where the coaches become the performers.

Our “Cirque du Soleil” warm-up brought the energy at the RSPA Florida Conference yesterday before our TRIPLES competition. The best part? The coaches weren’t just watching—they were learning through experience, moving, laughing, competing, and sharing ideas on court.

Coach education doesn’t always happen in a classroom. Sometimes it happens through movement, connection, and a creative tennis activity that gets everyone engaged from the very first ball.

That’s one of the things we love most about Cardio Tennis: using fun, purposeful activities to build energy, teamwork, communication, and player engagement.

Learning. Moving. Connecting. Cardio Tennis style. 🎾
