Calling all For The Love of Dance girl dancers ages 12 to 16 years old! ๐Ÿฉฐโœจ

For The Love of Dance is honored to partner in a meaningful research opportunity centered on uplifting, empowering, and creating intentional spaces for Black girls in ballet. ๐Ÿฉฐโœจ

This program is led by Ms. Taylor Shiver, a Doctoral Candidate in the School of Education at American University and a valued FTLOD partner who has been working alongside our community for several months already. We are grateful for her continued dedication to creating supportive and impactful experiences for our dancers and families.

This summer opportunity is designed to encourage open conversations, self-reflection, connection, and personal growth within an affirming environment. We are proud to support research that advocates for representation, confidence, and positive experiences in dance education and beyond.

This FREE 1-week workshop series will take place from June 15โ€“19, from 10:00 AM to noon 1:00 PM, and is exclusively available for all FTLOD dancers ages 12โ€“16. ๐Ÿค
