You and your kiddos want strong legs? Step 1: Find a wall. Step 2: Get thighs parallel to floor. 3. Sit until you start to shake!! You can challenge each other to see who can hold the longest. It's great for any time you need a quick break from school and have a little extra energy to burn. Let me know how long you can hold your Wall Sit.

"Asterisk Jacks" are a fun way to work on your cardio AND get some good footwork practice in. Take your time with these, then ramp it up when you got the rhythm down!! Let's go!

Tracking! An important skill AND fun to learn and practice. I love working with balloons for really young ones because they move at an easy pace and are easy to catch and hit. Get a balloon and a bit of room and here you go!
