Late to the first tee and couldnt get a good warmup? Try the prisoner squat with calf raise and trunk twist to get a full body warmup. Works your quads, glutes, calves, core and opens up your chest.

At home for strength building add a resistance band. Great workout for the whole body while also working on balance.

Try the 3 gate drill on about a 6ft putt to make sure your ball is rolling straight to the hole. 1st gate is just wide enough for the putter to fit in. Set 2nd gate about 3ft ahead just wide enough for the ball to go through. 3rd gate is right at the front of the hole just wide enough for the ball to fall in hole. Make the putt without hitting any balls and you will be on your way to lower scores!
