One potential advantage that stands out is its use immediately following strength training sessions: the heat exposure and sweating may support continued muscle recovery and growth processes.💪 Members of are encouraged to sauna after every workout. We also offer sauna packages to our members and their families so they can all benefit.

⛳️First lesson down, bucket of balls in progress! Yesterday my coach dropped a ton of wisdom on me, and today I’m out here trying to remember it all without overthinking every swing 😂
It’s never too late to learn a new sport! At my age, I’m loving the challenge of getting outside, moving my body in a fun way, and building a new skill. Golf is the perfect mix of fresh air, focus, and fitness.
My husband has always loved it, and now our daughter is learning too — soon we’ll all be hitting the course together as a family. That’s the real win ❤️
