Yeah… this is us telling you to PUT YOUR SHOES ON. 👟😂

You don’t need to:
❌ Wake up at 5 AM
❌ Have a perfect meal plan
❌ Own matching workout sets
❌ Be “in shape” before coming
❌ Have your life together

You just need to SHOW UP. ❤️

We’ll handle the squats, lunges, sweat, laughs, and questionable decisions that made us think burpees were a good idea. 😂
