Player/owners who build the team—and proudly wear the jersey.

Keri brings 35 years of tennis experience, APP, PPA, Humana Cup, and USLPL competition, and the grit of a former defense litigator and mother of four.

Sandra, a former Bahamas National Team player and World Cup gold medalist, brings international experience plus USTA/PTR-certified coaching credentials.

Together, they’re creating a fierce, supportive, fun team—and competing in it every step of the way.

WAYNE BIGG 🦀⚡

Four years ago, Wayne Bigg’s father introduced him to pickleball.

This year, Wayne won the 2026 USLPL Combine.

In between, he became an integral part of the Cape Fear Pickleball community—serving three years as Director of Instruction before stepping into his current role as Director of Competition.

Whether he’s helping players sharpen their skills, organizing competition, or battling it out on the court, Wayne brings a coach’s eye, a competitor’s edge, and a team-first mindset.

Off the court, Wayne enjoys beach life with his wife, Natalie, and has spent more than 20 years building and running his own real estate business.

Now Wayne is bringing that same energy, experience, and competitive spirit to Maryland Mayhem—and he’s ready to make some noise with his new teammates.

SUSIE PIZZUTI 🦀⚡

Division I tennis came first. Pickleball started seven years ago on the gym floor at a local college, with friends and a new game to learn.

Now, Susie Pizzuti is bringing that competitive background—and a genuine appreciation for the opportunity to play—to Maryland Mayhem.

Her perspective says it best: “It’s a privilege to be able to play and compete at this time of our lives!”

Off the court, Susie loves spending time with family. This season, she’s looking forward to competing alongside her Mayhem teammates and making new friends along the way.

JEFF EISFELDER 🦀⚡

From Pacific Palisades, California, to Johnson City, Tennessee, Jeff Eisfelder has built a life around competition, coaching, and taking on challenges.

His athletic roots run deep—baseball, fast- and slow-pitch softball, and paddle tennis—each helping shape the instincts and competitive drive he brings to the court.

In 2020, Jeff picked up a pickleball paddle and found another game that demanded skill, strategy, and the determination to keep going when the points got tough.

Off the court, he’s a husband, father, coach, and business owner. On it, he brings the same mindset that has guided him throughout his life:

“If it were easy, everyone would do it.”

RICK BOROSKY 🦀⚡

Rick Borosky’s competitive roots began on the baseball diamond, but racquetball became his true proving ground. Decades of speed, power, and quick reactions built the aggressive style he now brings to pickleball.

For Rick, the game is the perfect mix: baseball strategy, racquetball reflexes, and plenty of opportunities to test himself against top competition.

Off the court, Rick is CEO of Great Lakes Asset Solutions. On it, he plays hard, attacks harder, and has been known to collect the occasional “body bag” with a well-placed drive. He’ll apologize after the point—but he’ll happily take the winner.

Rick believes athletic ambition has no expiration date. Stay active. Keep challenging yourself. Compete with everything you’ve got.

MEET THE MAYHEM:
AMY HILTZ 🦀⚡

Amy Hiltz has been competing with a racquet in her hand since age seven—but when pickleball first came calling in 2021, she wasn’t exactly convinced.

That lasted one day.

The lifelong tennis player reluctantly picked up a paddle, got hooked immediately, and never looked back. Since then, she has competed on major stages, including the U.S. Open and Canadian Nationals, earning multiple medals along the way.

Today, Amy teaches pickleball and shares her knowledge and passion for the game with other players. Off the court, she brings that same drive and determination to more than 20 years as an entrepreneur.

Wife. Proud mom of two daughters. Goldendoodle mom. Competitor. Teacher. Entrepreneur.

She didn’t believe in pickleball at first.

Now she shows up to dominate it.

A former Division I tennis player and lifelong competitor, Kevin Bacha brings a no-quit mentality to every point.

His motto is simple: “Never, ever, ever give up—just keep going.”

That mindset has shaped his approach to competition: stay steady, keep fighting, and always be ready for the next ball.

But for Kevin, the game is about more than results. It’s the people he’s met—and continues to meet—along the way that make the entire journey worthwhile.

KRISTI DEIULIIS 🦀⚡

Kristi has always known how to compete.

A former Division I tennis player, she captured three conference championships and earned League MVP honors—building a championship mindset that followed her straight to the pickleball court.

Since picking up a paddle five years ago, Kristi has competed in multiple national tournaments, bringing the same drive, discipline, and competitive fire that defined her collegiate career.

But for Kristi, pickleball offers more than competition. It’s the friendships, connection, and community that have made the game so meaningful.
