Meet Vic & Sierra—
Vic and Sierra are mountain guides, best friends, each other’s hype-women, and lifelong adventure partners who believe glitter belongs everywhere—especially in wild places. As skiers and alpine climbers, they guide in glaciated terrain, through snowy mountains and teach avalanche courses with a focus on creating spaces where women can step fully into their strength. Vic () is a full-time mountain guide and founder of , offering holistic mountain education for the women+ community in the North Cascades, while Sierra () is a professional ski patroller, ski & alpine guide working across the U.S. and New Zealand.
For them, glitter is a catalyst for experiences that spark transformation and redefine strength in the mountains. Whether easing nerves on a summit push or celebrating effort over outcome, glitter has helped Vic and Sierra foster community among the people they guide.
They believe femininity and resilience are synonyms, where silliness and sparkle can coexist with grit, leadership, and technical expertise. Painting each other’s faces with glitter on summits, glaciers, and trailheads has become a habit of connection — a reminder that confidence can be gentle, power can be playful, and belonging can be created intentionally
