Colorowdies Mountain Bike Crew

Colorado’s finest mountain bike crew | Connection, Progression, Stewardship | Established 2014 However, we love all things involving pedal bikes.

The Colorowdies Mountain Bike Crew was formed as a Facebook group in 2014 as way to communicate about mountain biking rides and events with a small group of friends. While The Colorowdies remains a closed group, every member has the ability to add their riding buddies to the group. It was never intended to create a large group but nonetheless we have grown from 10 riders to over 800. We are joined

by riders from all over Colorado including Denver, Golden, Boulder, Telluride, Crested Butte and Durango. We identify largely with the enduro race scene and many of us met racing the Big Mountain Enduro Series over the past several years. Our members ride everything from cyclocross to bike parks and high country to road. We welcome all riders; seasoned pros to the newest newbies. We want to share this great sport with amazing people. If you value fun, good vibes and the friendship – this your crew. Our core mission is stewardship for the sport. We envision a strong community of riders who spread the stoke for Colorado mountain biking and lead by example at the forefront of projects to benefit our trails for generations to come. This team helps us to fulfill our vision. For us that means maintaining and building trails, respecting all user groups of our trails, displaying good sportsmanship at races and giving recognition to the companies and organizations that support us. Dig to Ride!
We partnered on a dig day with Yeti Cycles on a new trail, Panic Switch, being built by Renegade Trail Crew at Virginia Canyon Mountain Park. This new trail is a hand built master piece of raw tech that will open in 2026! Volunteering is good for the soul.
