Hi loves! I added a few more dates for virtual and in person group sessions with more listed on my scheduling link! I would love for you to come experience what group coaching is all about and how it can help you transform.

We might not be in control of what is happening to us, but we sure as hell are responsible and in control of how we perceive and respond. And that, my friends, is what truly matters.

How many of us have started a morning where one small annoyance happens, and instead of letting that s**t go, we sit in it all day and let that one tiny thing spiral and ruin an entire day?

I'm sure everyone has been guilty of this once or twice; I know I have. We have the choice of how we react. We have the choice of how we respond. We can sink further into the deep, dark pits, or we can choose to shift the energy. We can take responsibility for what we are in control of and do the best we fu***ng can.

Mindset shifts are like unlocking new levels in a game. They empower us to see challenges as opportunities, setbacks as lessons, and failures as stepping stones to success.

I challenge you to challenge your perspective, do it scared, embrace growth, and watch how your mindset transforms your life.

Okay yalllll!!!! I'm doing the damn thing and we are launching now instead of waiting for the perfect time!!! I will now be hosting in person and virtual group coaching sessions. This is truly a dream come true for me to provide a safe space for women to share, grow, and glow together. I hope you'll join me!
