EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT!!

We are thrilled to be working with Kingsport Fitness and being able to bring our business into their gym and help bring awareness of the importance of stretching and flexibility to the Tri-Cities area!

We will be on site 2 days a week offering our full 25’ stretch sessions and even shorter free trial stretches as well if you don’t have the time for our full thing.

We offer lower body, upper body and total body stretch sessions.

Next time you are in the gym come by and chat with our staff on site!

Tuesdays: 8am – 1pm, 2pm-7pm
Fridays: 2pm-7pm

Be on the lookout for our raffle box in the gym where you can register for our monthly drawing of our free stretch session!

Happy Mobility Monday!!

Sets and Reps for this are 3-4 reps of 20-30”

The hamstrings are responsible for hip extension and knee flexion which are extremely important in everyday life activities.

80% of the population will experience low back pain at some point in their lifetime and do you know where most of those issues begin?

The quads are made up of 4 very large muscles and are responsible for extending the knee and flexion of the hip. What activities take these motions? Kicking, Running, Walking, Jumping are just a few to start with. Watch this video with the easy way to stretch those muscles out before you begin any activity.
