Body and spatial awareness is crucial in sports. Can you still be fast and athletic with your head turned scanning the field, looking for defenders, or looking for open lanes? Here’s a nice drill for that.

Sprint through the circle and about halfway the athlete turns their head (not slowing down, but continuing their sprint) and looks for what hand i throw the ball with. Whatever hand I throw it with that is the side they have to sprint back around to get the ball off one bounce.

Hard one, but will build a lot of confidence and athleticism once you get it down.
