Champion! Consistency was key! It was fun yet stressful. Thank you to my sponsors who supported my race season. Looking forward to starting restrictor this up and coming race season . It will be a learning year, hoping i will catch on quick!

CALEB IS THE 2025 Port City Raceway JR. SPRINT CHAMPION!!!
Caleb had a great season.

Caleb worked extremely hard and was consistent. If anyone knows me they know I didn't do him any favors. I don't know anything when it comes to set up so he got the same set up no matter what the track was like. His Mcr Engines had over 42 nights on it with the head gasket and valves only being changed once. His clutch had a broken bolt in it since May but he didn't care he just wanted to race. He gave it everything he had every time he hit the track. He was aggressively smart, and worked well through lap traffic.

With 4 races left, he was taking off up the ramp in staging and I noticed it puffed a little smoke but we were going to run it. Luckily we made some great friends this year at the track one of which was Josh Logan. I can't say enough great things about him. When I was talking to him about it he offered to let us run one of his Kent Stephens SRD engines for the rest of the season. The very next weekend Caleb got ran over on a start and got a flat right rear and I guess no one saw it and after the restart, he ran 12 laps with a completely flat right rear tire which toasted our clutch. Again just can't thank him enough Josh loaned us a clutch to get thru the next 3 nights. Without his help there's no way we could have got it done.

Caleb drove his butt off this season and even when it looked like there was no hope left to win the championship, he never gave up, he never quit, and he just kept digging.
A huge thank you to all his sponsors who made this season the success it was. I thank God for bringing them into calebs life and continuing to bless him on his journey.

Come out and watch some great racing and cheer on 17c. You can't take 2 adults and 2 kids anywhere these days for $20. If you have little ones they can come sit in my car after the races and you can take thier picture behind the wheel!

Happy Labor Day race fans. Hope you all had a great weekend. We are already gearing up for another Saturday night of racing here at Port City Raceway. Pleased take note of start times being adjusted up an hour. Also we have a promotion for the month of September, the family 4 pack for $20. 2 adult and 2 kids general admission tickets for only $20.

Weekend update from the Pete Frasier memorial race at Port City Raceway Friday started rough with carb issues moving me backwards in the heat race. I started 14th in the A feature and by lap 5 I had driven up to 5th then got turned and had to restart in the back. I gave it everything I got and with 3 to go was battling for 5th but finished 6th. I was the hard charger for the night which locked me into the A feature for Saturday.

Saturday night at the drivers meeting I won a free jr sprint entry to this years Tulsa Shootout. I started 6th in the A feature and got spun going into turn 1 on the 1st lap. I restarted 14th and after it was all said and done I drove up to 5th.

Over all it was a good weekend. Dad was able to roll it in the trailer in one piece. Next race is Saturday September 7th at Port City.
