I do NOT have plans to do another comp (as of now)… I just wanted to mess with my Mom because she was stressed out seeing how hard I worked throughout it… no one knows how to push her buttons like me❤️

Unfortunately 2026 kinda sucks with this lol but truthfully, we never know what people are going through. I never take it personally when people aren’t friendly. If anything, I just feel bad for them, and I hope my kindness impacted them positively.

Last weekend, I competed in my first ever Men’s Classic Physique Competition, and it was EPIC.

8 months ago, I was 40 pounds heavier, lost, and very unhappy. I decided that I wanted to commit something big… and I did. I lost a bunch of body fat, built a ton of muscle- but most importantly, I’ve become a much better person. I’m genuinely proud of the person I’ve become. I’m disciplined. I’m focused. I’m a badass. But most importantly- I’m genuine and kind. Im thankful that bodybuilding allowed me to develop a deeper sense of self love.

I unfortunately didn’t win, and my spray tan got super messed up, which was so unfortunate. But honestly, my goal for this competition was just to make it on stage. And I did. I also was really proud of the quality of my posing. That was something I worked really hard on.

Not gonna lie… I kinda may have an itch to do another one… after a good amount of time of chillin, perhaps. But if we DO another one… it’s win or failure 🫡

For now, I’m super excited for this next chapter of my life, and to just LIVE for a while (while also training hard and balancing healthy eating)

So full of thanks and gratitude. Thankful for my family, friends, and all of the people who have supported me throughout this journey. It’s truly what’s gotten me through this❤️

I have NO idea what the future holds. But for now, I’m still basking in this 🫶🏻 huge shoutout to all of the awesome people I met on Saturday! So many kind, impressive people.

My heart is genuinely so full❤️ I am so fu***ng proud of myself. I unfortunately didn’t place, but I feel like I posed my butt off. Also my body kinda rejected spray tans, unfortunately 🤣😭

I am so thankful for the amazing, kind, supportive people in my life. And just thankful for so much. Don’t really have many words right now other than this- today was absolutely a great day.

Anyone who knows me knows how often I make baseball analogies 🤣 but it’s the truth! Pitching really helped shape my mindset for life, and I’m forever grateful❤️⚾️

The FINAL vlog❤️

I lost 40 lbs, hit an all time low of 12% body fat while also being the strongest I’ve ever been.. but most importantly, this journey has forced me to become a greater version of myself.

365 days ago- I was in a dark place. I’m beyond grateful to not be feeling that way anymore ❤️
