Huge shoutout to RunMamba athlete on a strong performance today at the Fallen Heroes Memorial 5K in Florida. Nicole placed 6th overall out of 418 female runners and also earned 2nd place in her age group.

Nicole has made major improvements over these last few months as we prepare for her next big challenge at the West Virginia Trail Festival 100K next weekend, featuring nearly 12,000 feet of elevation gain. We have spent a lot of this training cycle focusing on treadmill hill repeats, stair stepper climbs, and strength training to prepare for the mountains.

After West Virginia, we will begin transitioning her training toward her first 100-mile race at the Mamba 100 later this year. Proud of all the work Nicole continues to put in. Let’s go crush West Virginia next weekend.

Welcome Jeannie Sanchez-Edwards from Stonwall, LA to RunMamba and 6 months of strength training. We're excited to have her join the program as she begins 6 months of runner focused strength and mobility training designed to build strength, improve durability, and help keep her strong for the miles ahead.

- RunMamba Athlete Spotlight: Nicole Parisi

What an unbelievable last 4 weeks for Nicole!
• 🐗 Sept 13 – Conquered the Wild Boar Half Marathon in Florida.
• ⏳ Sept 27 – Crushed the Tick Tock 6-Hour Ultra, placing 3rd Overall against the entire field, by running 31 miles.
• 🏔 Today – Crossed the finish line of the Virginia Trail Running Festival 50-Miler with power and determination.

Nicole has shown incredible consistency and strength, racing hard and smart back-to-back. After a well-earned recovery week, she’ll be right back at it chasing even bigger goals.

👏 Congrats, Nicole, on a phenomenal month of racing! The RunMamba family is proud of you.

Nicole joins us from Florida and is coached by RunMamba as she works toward some huge goals—training for a 6-hour ultra and a 100-miler in October!

Last year, she crushed 52 miles at the Moccasin 24, and we can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next.

Big congrats to Phoebe Curtis on an awesome race last night at the Cooper Young 4-Miler! She battled the heat and still finished in the top 8% of all female runners—what a performance!

Phoebe is now shifting gears and training for the Walking Tall 25k coming up this October. We can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next—keep crushing those goals, Phoebe!

We are so excited to welcome Sarah K Short to the RunMamba team!

Sarah is no stranger to big trail goals — she’s already crushed:
🏅 Tunnel Hill 100 miler
🏅 Shawnee Hills 100k
🏅 Arrowhead Endurance Run – 91 miles
🏅 3 Days of Syllamo 50k
…and so much more!

She’s currently training for the Arrowhead Endurance Run 24-Hour in October and then tackling the Vol State 500k next summer.

But Sarah doesn’t just run — she gives back. ❤️ She’s a regular race volunteer, most recently running an aid station at Shawnee Hills to support other runners.

We are beyond excited to have her representing RunMamba. Welcome to the family, Sarah! 🐍

We’re thrilled to have Jennifer from California joining us this November for the Mamba 100—and she’s going big with her first 100-miler!

When she’s not logging miles on the trails, Jennifer is out on her bike stacking up serious cross-training miles. With that kind of grit and dedication, there’s no doubt she’ll be ready to crush the Mamba!
