Today marks 25 years since 9/11. I think most of us can still remember where we were when we heard the news and how profoundly that day changed our country.

Today is a day to pause, remember, and give thanks to the people who have served and continue to serve our country and our communities.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with military families, veterans, first responders, teachers, and other public servants. Supporting those who spend so much of their lives supporting others is something I care deeply about. It’s one of the reasons I offer a discount to military, veterans, first responders, teachers, and other public servants.

I try to do my small part by making our services accessible to those who serve, sharing what I know when I can, and using my business as one way to give back.

On Monday evening, I’ll have the opportunity to present virtually to the Wounded Warrior Project for the third time, and I’m especially grateful for the opportunity to contribute in this small way.

Today, I’m simply remembering those we lost on 9/11 and expressing my gratitude to those who have served, sacrificed, and continue to serve.

Today, we remember. And we give thanks to those who serve.🙏

We’re excited to share that Miranda has been promoted to Operations & Client Care Coordinator! 🎉

If you’ve called or emailed Decluttered recently, there’s a good chance you’ve already connected with Miranda. She has become an important part of the day-to-day experience our clients have with Decluttered, helping answer questions, coordinate schedules, and make sure our clients feel taken care of from their first interaction with us. In her new role, Miranda will support our clients and operations across all four states we serve: Texas, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

Over the past year, Miranda has also become an invaluable part of our team behind the scenes, bringing organization, reliability, and a thoughtful approach to everything she does. We’re thrilled to recognize her hard work and growth with this new role.

And today is especially special because it marks Miranda’s one-year anniversary with Decluttered! What a wonderful way to celebrate a year of growth and all that’s ahead.

As the school year has started, I'm thinking about all the routines that help make these first few weeks go a little smoother.
