🏈 ONE WEEK AGO, THE FINAL WHISTLE BLEW…
It’s been one week since the Colfax Vikings took their final walk off the football field this season, but the emotions of that night are still hard to put into words.
These moments say more than any scoreboard ever could. The hugs, the tears, the holding on just a little longer… the reluctance to leave the field. ❤️
Because this was about so much more than football. It was about the brothers beside them, the countless hours of hard work, the battles fought together, and the memories made along the way. It was about a team that became a family.
For some, it was the end of their high school football journey. For others, it was the realization that something special had come to an end, at least for now. And for every player, walking off that field meant leaving behind a piece of something that mattered deeply to them.
You can see it in every hug. You can feel it in every moment. This team is special.
The season may be over, but the brotherhood, the friendships, and the memories will last long after the lights go out on Friday nights.
