GOT DIRT mountain bike training came to be from my love of riding dirt trails and wanting to share my coaching certifications with the greater Cincinnati area. With the right coaching and instruction, everyone can learn to control the bike, stay relaxed, ride the rocks and roots, and navigate more technical trails while truly enjoying the flow. I offer basic fundamentals and intermediate skills an

Instruction for the beginner:

(taking these skills to trail for a guided ride)
Instruction for Intermediate:
Front Wheel Lifts — over small logs/roots
Rear Wheel Lifts
Roll Down — small drop offs
Cornering — flat and berms
Switchbacks & tight turns
(session on the trails to work on maneuvers & shred)

You can be the best technical rider but if your fitness level lacks you will not last long on the trail. Got DIRT has fitness plans available for a flat rate to include cycling training plan and strength program. I am a Certified Strength & conditioning Coach / USA Cycling Level III. These plans have are an annual plan with detailed explanations of exercises and training sessions. Cycling $ 200.00
