First tryout practice tonight!

💙BG Cheer Tryouts🤍
📍502 Walnut Street, Coffeyville, KS
🕟 Practice — Monday, May 18 from 4:30-5:30pm
🕔 Practice — Tuesday, May 19 from 5:00-6:00pm
⏰TRYOUTS — Wednesday, May 20 starting at 4:30pm

BG Cheer Tryouts are for those currently in the 4th and 5th grade. However, 6th graders who do not make the middle school team may also try out. You may be from any school in the SEK area, just be aware we are localized in Coffeyville at the above location.

Those who try out MUST complete an application before tryout day and attend BOTH practice days (we are flexible but it gives you the best chance!).

Please come in through the gym doors. Practices and tryouts are CLOSED. This prepares those trying out for the experience they will have at the middle and high school level.

After tryouts, there will be a parent/guardian meeting for those who make the team so we are ready to start the first week of June!

Can’t wait to see new and familiar faces excited to CHEER!

If your student is a 6th grader who did not make the RMS cheer team, we do encourage them to try out for BG Cheer! It’s not on the flyer/information but we provide it as an option for them to try to get better for next year!

We have reached the end of our 10-month season! These girls have accomplished so much and participated in so many opportunities with cheer and we cannot be prouder of them!

Last performance of the 2025-2026 season!💙🤍

We had many changes 24 hours before they performed but the girls went out and performed their hearts out! Coach could not be more proud!

Thank you to everyone who has supported the team this season. We made big strides in improving their skills and providing opportunities and can’t wait to see what next season holds!
