The Yellow Jackets are playing for a spot in the Region Championship and an automatic bid to Sub-State. Win, and we are one step closer to making Grundy County boys basketball history. This is the kind of game these young men have worked for all season.

It will travel through Gruetli toward Hwy 399 and then Hwy 111.

🏀💜💛 REGION SEMIFINALS – LET’S SHOW UP GRUNDY STYLE! 💛💜🏀

The Grundy County Yellow Jackets are headed to the Region Semifinals Tuesday, 3/3 at 6:00 PM at Monterey High School as they take on Smith County.

This one is BIG.

The winner punches an automatic ticket to Sub-State and advances to the Region Championship. History is on the line, and our boys have earned this moment.

Before they hit the road, let’s send them off the right way.

📣 Line the streets.
📣 Wear your PURPLE and GOLD.
📣 Bring your Grundy flags and banners.
📣 Let these young men feel the entire county behind them.

The bus will be leaving Grundy County High School at 2:45 PM Tuesday afternoon.

We want a send-off that they’ll remember for the rest of their lives. Let’s pack the route, make some noise, and show them what Grundy pride really looks like.

Then load up and head to Monterey High School and PACK THE GYM as the Jackets fight to make Grundy County boys basketball history.

The Grundy County Yellow Jackets are back on the floor tonight and ready to battle the York Dragons in Region Quarterfinal action. This group has put in the work all season, and now it’s win or go home.

Our guys feed off the energy in the building. We need the stands packed, the student section loud, and the purple and gold everywhere. Bring the noise on every possession. Make it tough on York from the opening tip.

Championship Gameday

Tonight, the Yellow Jackets look to match the Lady Jacket energy from Thursday night and bring another TSSAA championship back to the mountain. The Jackets will face off with the Warriors from Bledsoe County for the Division 1 District 5AA Championship. Tipoff will immediately follow the Boys consolation game featuring Marion vs Sequatchie, beginning at 6:00 PM.

Tonight the Jackets travel to Marion County high school to take on the Indians from Sequatchie County in the semifinals of the District 5AA Tournament. A first round tegionnhome game is on the line. The Jackets will play the second game of the nights double header. Tentative tipoff is scheduled for 7:30.

💜 PURPLE OUT ACROSS THE REGION TONIGHT 💜

Gracen and her family is in need of prayer and a touch from the Lord.

The support for Gracen Baggett continues to pour in across southern Middle Tennessee.

Tonight, Coffee County and Lincoln County are also hosting a Purple Out at Coffee County High School, standing with Franklin County and showing Gracen that she is surrounded by love far beyond one gym or one county.

This is what community looks like.
