Great drill to keep that front shoulder from flying wide open. Learn to lead with the k**b. Not pull that left arm out and have the front shoulder fly open!

This is a great drill to stay on top of the ball. Marshall’s first 20 balls hit the top of the net. His top had was caving and his elbow caved into his side. This drill gets you to hit the back of the net. ‼️
