What is Strong4CHRIST (Senior Edition)?
Strong4CHRIST (Senior Edition) is a Christ-centered strength training class designed specifically for seniors (55+ years young). It focuses on functional exercises that build strength and improve balance, flexibility and conditioning for the body. Our motto is “seniors can do what anyone else can do, we just may have to do it a little differently!”.

Equipment Needed: chair, resistance bands, light dumbbells, mat, water, and a SMILE!
