Congrats to our freshman wrestler, Esmeralda Moguel-Ramirez for pinning her way to the finals yesterday at the Wausau Women’s Warrior tournament! As a first- year wrestler, Esmeralda showed a lot of grit and determination as she upset almost all of her opponents and took 2nd in the JV 100 lb bracket.

Meal prepping my son’s nutrition plan so he can lose weight while eating a TON of food and fueling his body.

It amazes me how much food you can eat and still lose weight. Pictures here is only half of his food for 5 days 🤯 Not pictured are his dinners, snacks, and the second half of his breakfasts. I know you have no size reference, but those containers are gigantic! Each one of these would be two meals for my stomach 🤣

This is how you cut weight the right way. Fuel your body with the right macros and calories and give yourself TIME! His 12 lbs should be off in 3-4 weeks.

Congratulations to Addy Lundt!
Addy qualified for state in both the 100 breaststroke and 100 butterfly at this weekend’s sectional swim meet. She also broke her own school record in the 100 fly! Addy will compete at the state meet on Friday, November 14th.
