Clinton Queens Travel Softball

First tournament for the 10U team and they finished 1-2 Saturday. Both losses were close games, and the girls battled through a very hot day playing all 3 games back-to-back.

There were so many moments to be proud of this weekend. Our 8U player Hattie stepped in as a guest player and was so confident in her first kid pitch outing. Myla and Hannah pushed through the heat and were solid defenders behind the plate. Liana and Jensen made some amazing defensive plays. Eloise has been working on flips to first in practice and had an amazing one to get the runner out. Jasmeen had 16 strikeouts throughout the tournament and her first no hitter game.

The girls should be proud of their growth and coming together as a team. 🥎

It’s been a busy start to the season! 🥎

Our 8U-12U teams have been practicing for several weeks. The 9U and 10U teams have had some scrimmages. 9U is also playing in a league focused on helping players become comfortable with kid pitch.
The 7U team started this week and will focus on fundamentals this fall. And of course, there’s been plenty of fun mixed in during practices!

What a great week of tryouts! Thank you to everyone who came out.
