Another big concern we hear from moms: “But what about nap time?” 😴🩷
Honestly? Some of our infant kiddos get the BEST stroller naps during class. Fresh air, movement, mama nearby… they snooze right through squats, lunges, cardio, and all. What a life. ☀️👶
And if your baby needs extra closeness, we can absolutely tailor workouts for babywearing mamas too. My very first FIT4MOM workouts was when my son was 7 months old. We were traveling out West, I was limited in my toolbox, and I wore him through both Strides 360 and Stroller Strides®. He slept the WHOLE time while I got an amazing workout in.
Looking back, I honestly wish I would have found this village sooner — during pregnancy or freshly postpartum. Having a supportive community of moms who understand this season is something so special. ❤️
And stroller naps still happen from time to time with my toddler too! We’re currently transitioning to one nap a day, so now I usually have my own little cheerleader alongside me instead — clapping, high-fiving, and cheering me through all the squats, lunges, and sit-ups. 🥹🙌
