There has been alot of debate on how to best do this and I think this is the way to do it. So.... here goes. Had to plug some things into AI to sort things out the right way. This is as much for the talent as it is for the fans in the end.

At New World Wrestling, we believe the people who help build this thing should have an opportunity to benefit from what they help create.
Showing up and doing your job in the ring is important—but New World is bigger than what happens between the ropes.
Selling a ticket matters.
Promoting your match matters.
Getting people interested in the product matters.
Being there when the ring goes up—and when it comes back down—matters.
And when that bell rings? Going out there and stealing the damn show matters.
So we're introducing something new:
💰 THE NEW WORLD BOUNTY BOARD 💰
These are optional opportunities for booked talent to put a little extra money in their pocket at every New World Wrestling event.
And we want to make one thing VERY clear:
Bounties are paid IN ADDITION TO your agreed booking pay.
Your booking gets you on the show.
What you do beyond that can earn you more.
🎟️ TICKET BOUNTY — 15%
Bring people to New World and get a piece of the gate.
Every wrestler booked for an event has the opportunity to earn 15% of the presale tickets they personally generate.
No codes. No special links.
When someone purchases a presale ticket, they simply need to mention YOU by name at the time of purchase for you to receive credit.
$20 ticket? You earn $3.
Generate $200 in presale tickets? That's $30.
$500? $75.
$1,000? $150.
And there's NO CAP.
If you're responsible for putting butts in seats, we want you to benefit from it.
Only paid presale tickets qualify, and credit must be given at the time of purchase. Refunded, complimentary, sponsor, or otherwise unpaid tickets don't count.
Ticket Bounty eligibility closes five days before the event.
We may continue selling tickets afterward, but the five-day mark gives us a firm deadline to tally everything and know what everybody earned.
You bring the crowd.
You share in the gate.
🎤 PROMO BOUNTY — $10
We don't just want you on the card.
Give us something to sell.
Cut a 60+ second video promo promoting your appearance at the upcoming New World Wrestling event.
Talk about your opponent. Talk about your match. Advance your story. Tell people why they should spend their money to see YOU.
Get creative. Show us some personality. Give us something that makes somebody scrolling Facebook stop and think:
"I need to see what happens."
A few requirements:
Your promo must be at least 60 seconds.
It needs to promote your appearance, match, opponent, storyline, or something relevant to the upcoming event.
Include the event and ticket information so people know where to go.
And while you're promoting—
SHARE the event. SHARE New World's posts. INVITE people to like the New World Wrestling page.
Every new person following the page is another person who sees your promos, your matches, your graphics, and your name the next time we're coming to town.
And one more thing...
🚫 NO CAR PROMOS.
Get out of the driver's seat.
We're looking for something we can actually use to promote you and the show. Put some thought into it. Give us something with personality.
Also, don't send us a promo the night before the show and expect a bounty.
Promos submitted within three days of the event DO NOT qualify.
The whole point is promotion. We need enough time to actually put your work in front of people.
Accepted qualifying promo?
+$10.
🔨 RING CREW — SETUP
5 SLOTS. $20 EACH. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
Before somebody can tear the house down...
Somebody has to build the damn thing.
We're opening five paid ring setup positions for each event.
Claim a slot, arrive at the designated setup time, and stay until the ring and assigned event equipment are fully assembled and ready.
Complete the job?
+$20.
Not "I showed up when three turnbuckles were left."
Not "I carried two chairs."
Setup.
Five people. Five spots.
$100 in setup bounties available every show.
🧹 RING CREW — TEARDOWN
The final bell doesn't magically put the ring back in the trailer.
So we're also opening five paid teardown positions at $20 each.
Again:
FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
Claim your spot and stay after the event until the ring and assigned equipment are broken down, loaded, or stored.
Complete the job?
+$20.
And YES—you can claim both.
Setup + Teardown = $40 extra in your pocket.
Five setup slots.
Five teardown slots.
$200 total in Ring Crew Bounties available per event.
🏆 MATCH OF THE NIGHT — $20 PER WRESTLER
Then there's the bounty you can't claim ahead of time.
You have to earn it.
At the conclusion of every event, NWW Management will select one bout as the official:
🏆 NEW WORLD MATCH OF THE NIGHT 🏆
Every wrestler who competed in the winning match receives:
+$20.
Singles match?
Both wrestlers get $20.
Tag match?
All four get $20.
Triple threat? Six-man? Multi-person match?
Every participating wrestler in the Match of the Night gets their $20.
And this isn't just about who can do the craziest move.
We're looking at the whole package.
Crowd reaction. Storytelling. Character work. Creativity. Ex*****on. Professionalism. Overall impact.
Make people cheer.
Make them boo.
Make them laugh.
Make them get out of their seats.
Make them remember your match when they're driving home.
Make it difficult for us to decide what should have gone on last.
💰 AND YES—YOU CAN STACK THEM.
That's the fun part.
Sell tickets.
Cut the promo.
Share the show.
Invite people to the page.
Help build the ring.
Go out there and tear the house down.
Then help tear the ring down afterward.
STACK. YOUR. BOUNTIES.
This isn't about penalizing somebody who comes in, fulfills their booking, and goes home.
Your agreed booking pay is your agreed booking pay.
The Bounty Board is about rewarding the people who say:
"What else can I do?"
Because we're building a wrestling company, and that takes more than wrestlers.
It takes promoters.
It takes salespeople.
It takes storytellers.
It takes ring crew.
It takes personalities.
It takes people willing to put their name behind what we're trying to build.
And it takes FANS.
