I’d say we had a decent night last night considering our past luck! Dylan qualified 1st to start the main and we felt good going into the main. During the start/restarts the car struggled to take off but once it was going, the car was fast. We fell back to third but after a last lap caution we had one more restart that hurt us for one more spot. We just ran out of time to gain it back. Overall, still a successful night as there’s no damage, just need to figure out how to win on the starts!

Due to the current weather forecast for Saturday, which is not looking favorable for racing, the Robin Caldwell V8 Nationals has been moved to a ONE-DAY SHOW on Friday, October 9, 2026.

Wanted to post an update to last weekends makeup race at Anderson Motor speedway. For those that don’t know, once a season they hold a race for dirt cars to come and race. A few weeks ago we got rained out shortly after qualifying. Dylan qualified 3rd out 12 and after a redraw he would be starting on the pole.

Dylan ran first for 6-7 laps and ended up 3rd where he would finish for the night. Great job by the team to make adjustments and repairs for the night. Thank you to our sponsors again for your support!

Update from the night: we started second in our heat race but fell back to fourth. The car just didn't have enough pull. We have been fighting gremlins for weeks now and this was another one to find. We found a couple things that would contribute to our issue so we swapped things out and crossed out fingers.

We were to start the main event in 7th position and right off the start, we knew we had a much better car and was now back to being more competitive. Dylan worked up to fourth and it took a few laps to get around to 3rd place. After a few restarts and a green white checkered finish, we were very close to passing for second but just ran out of time. Feels good to finally have something to actually be tweaking on and improving from here. Plan is to go to Travelers Rest next weekend.

We are back to racing this weekend at Laurens Speedway after some vacations and upgrades to the Bagwell Fabrication and the Rouge Chassis car!
