Clinton Youth Basketball Clinton Youth Basketball (CYB) is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization. Additionally, the BWBA will include a broad spectrum of players in its mission.

The mission of the Billy Winn Basketball Association (BWBA) is to add value to the community through providing the opportunity to the youth and its volunteers to be part of a basketball league which emphasizes positive culture, sportsmanship, a love of the game along with the opportunity to learn life lessons that hold value beyond the playing court. The BWBA will accomplish this, first by involvi

ng coaches and volunteers who share these values. The BWBA acknowledges that the coaches and volunteers are the heart and soul of the league and therefore will provide its coaches with the tools they need to succeed. The BWBA will be largely comprised of recreational players, but will also offer a modified program for players with more individualized and specialized needs, as well as a program for more competitive players looking to sharpen skills, tactics and fitness levels. All of this will allow the BWBA to carry on Bill's life lessons and legacy within a safe and positive environment for all players, coaches and volunteers.
