Remember to make it about feeling better both mentally and physically. No weighing to measure your progress, no comparing yourself to others, no giving up.

Don’t get motion sickness watching while I swing. 😂
It’s time to set some goals for the week!
✅ 100 oz of water per day
✅ 2 workouts per day (4-5 days) you pick the amount of time
✅ No Red Meat (just this week 😉)
✅ fasting 7:30 pm-9:30 am
✅ All because I am going to fit into a pair of shorts from 3 years ago! 💪🏼

Mini Butt workout:
10 squats(add weights if you dare 😉)
10 jump squats(jump when powering up 💪🏼)
10 front kick squats (alternate kicking leg forward when powering up 🦵)
Repeat 3 times! Now pat yourself on the back and do it again in 2 days. Tomorrow, let’s do arms/abs!

I’ve received many messages about not having the TIME to do any fitness. You DO have time, you just have to find it! Schedule it into your day and make it a priority! 10 minutes is good! I’ll give you some ideas... mini workouts.

Here's a mini workout for you. Keep doing this every week 3-5 times per week for at least a month. Do 3 reps of 10 each and up the count when you can. As you become more comfortable add a few more exercise variations. You WILL feel your abs again but be patient. It's not magic.

P.S. Excuse the dirty laundry piles. I get it in when I can! ;-)
