Pawlates just had our FIRST ever rescue puppy + kitten combo event at Higher Heights Fitness with Friendship Animal Protective League and it was everything we hoped for and more🐾💖

Guests were split into two groups: a 40 minute circuit training class surrounded by 7 adorable rescue puppies, and a 40 minute Pilates class with TWENTY playful rescue kittens! Then the groups switched!

The energy was unmatched - equal parts sweaty, chaotic, wholesome, and healing.

We also had two amazing local vendors Cozy Koz Bread Co. and 🛍️

Seeing everyone laugh, move their bodies, cuddle animals, and connect reminded us exactly why we started Pawlates. Thank you to everyone who came out and made this event such a huge success. We already can't wait for the next one 🐾👀

We're SO excited for our first ever rescue kitten + puppy event at Higher Heights Fitness in Lakewood! ✨
Your ticket includes:
🐶 40-minute body weight/resistance circuit with rescue puppies
🐾 A 40-minute Pilates class with rescue kittens
🛍️ Vendor shopping + cuddle/play time with the animals after class

As always, a portion of the ticket proceeds will be donated back to the shelter Friendship Animal Protective League
