Yesterday the Ocoee golf team wrapped up their 2026 season. Both teams had a successful run and were able to finish the season competing at the highest level against the toughest public schools in the state.

I want to first thank all of the 8th graders for giving their time and effort into this program. This was a special group, the boys team made back-to-back state tournaments and the girls achieved remarkable success this season.

Thank you to everyone who supports us and cheers for us!

🎉STATE BOUND!! 🎉

Both boys and girls teams have advanced to play in the TMSAA State Championship Golf Tournament at Harpeth Hills next Tuesday May 19.

Hayes Garner was named to the all tournament team by placing 5th (76) and Hayden Nall was right behind him (77). It was a narrow margin, but the Colts surged on the back nine and took a 7 shot advantage over Signal Mountain to advance.

Camryn Moon and Maci Montgomery both carded 91’s in route to a 15 shot victory over Rhea Co.

Yesterday the Ocoee Golf Team played in the district tournament and kept their winning tradition alive. Both boys and girls teams walked away as District Champions.

Hayden Nall led the boys team with a 35, winning low medalist!

Camryn Moon led the girls team with a 44 which tied her for low medalist for the tournament.

Sectionals will be held on May 11 where Ocoee will compete for a chance to make it the state tournament in Nashville!

The Ocoee Colts went head to head with McCallie School tonight. Hayden Nall led all players with low individual honors, firing off an impressive -4 (32).

Unfortunately the Colts drop the match 148-159 to the Blue Tornadoes.

The Colts will be back in action next Tuesday in a tune up match against Cleveland and Lake Forest before District play starts next Thursday.

Ocoee took to the course tonight in Dayton taking on both Lake Forest and Rhea Co. The Colts were able to sweep the matches with strong performances on both sides.

Hayden Nall led the boys team with an even par 36.

Camryn Moon led the girls team with a 45.

The boys will be back in action on Wednesday against McCallie at Flagstone.

Another successful night for Ocoee Golf. Last night at Springbrook, both boys and girls teams won their matches decisively against Lake Forest and McMinn.

Hayes Garner led the way for the boys with a 38.

Mia Gilliland led the girls with a 43.

Ocoee will be back in action tomorrow against Lake Forest and Meigs.

Another successful sweep for Ocoee. Hayes Garner continued his impressive run of low individual finishes. Mia Gilliland led the way for our girls team with Camryn right behind her in 2nd place.

Another match down for the Ocoee Colts. The boys team continues their impressive district win streak. Girls split with Lake Forest and Rhea Co. Girls would beat Rhea by 17 strokes, but drop their match with Lake Forest by 4 strokes.

Congratulations to Hayes Garner who continues his run of low individual performances.
