If you pick any form of movement that sounds interesting to you and stick with it on a weekly basis, it will increase your adherence to the physical activity recommendations from the American Heart Association.

Physical activity recommendations for adults ages 18-64
1.) Muscle-strengthening physical activity at least two days per week.
2.) At least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity (such as brisk walking, gardening, dancing) or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity (like intense hiking, swimming, jumping rope) each week, or a combination of both
3.) Increase amount and intensity of exercise gradually over time
