Great shooting drill for endurance and moving to shoot. Not all shots are simple stand still catch n shoot shots. Hey, shooters are some of the most in shape guys on the court. Drill 1: pass to post. Hi/low, , sprint to corner, touch, back peddle, then get back to the corner for a catch n shoot.( make 5 or 3 in a row to move)
Drill 2: Pass to post, sprint to corner, touch, defensive slides back to the top for a catch n shoot. (Make 5 or 3 in a row) challenge 25 makes post your time n tag me.
