I am an experienced “Head” coach who is a proud advocate of mental toughness and the importance of attitude as big keys to success in sports and life. I bring an understanding of the importance of staying in the moment, one moment at a time, to my students getting them to see how targeting a culture of excellence can create a culture of success! My messages apply equally to any and all team or ind

ividual sports. I stay in touch with a number of my “students’ who have been and even now are playing professional sports in the NHL, AHL, ECHL, or in Europe. Through my meetings with various professional athletes, professional and amateur coaches and General Managers, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the importance that the right attitude and mental toughness have on the overall success of athletes in their respective sports and life.

I am Tom Dankowski and I am a Youth Hockey “Head” Coach.
I have fun and enjoy coaching the U-16 BARONS.
I am one of an elite number who are blessed with the ability to positively influence the youth of America through sports activities.
I recognize and appreciate the opportunity given to me and
will always take it seriously.
I am happy and excited about the coming game and
look forward to the positive impact I will have.
I am an excellent person, an excellent role model and
an excellent hockey “Head” coach!
