With school starting back up, a new schedule, and routine are the focus now.
Just slow down for a second and doing something that makes you feel good besides hooping.
Like be an urban farmer sometimes during the week.

Getting in the gym to get better as much as you can.

Getting in the gym, it’s truly the only way to get better at basketball, you can’t just wish for it to happen.

It sounds so simple that putting in a lot of hard work will make you better but it’s the truth .

Having a routine and being consistent will make you elite at the simple fundamentals of the game.

When you’re at the fundamentals of the game, you’re unstoppable.

The fadeaway helped MJ and Kobe excel in their careers!

They scored many buckets against defenders using this very move.

It’s one of the most underrated moves on the court, but is very effective.

You can create so much separation from your defender because of the contact and footwork.

This is definitely one to practice!
