I might complain a little while raising the meat chickens, and then there is the work on processing day, but boy are they great. These are the juiciest chickens I’ve ever eaten.

There’s our commercial growing, and then there is our play projects. We have beats, green beans, and about 200 Culantro started. It is not cilantro, it is culantro. It is used by many Caribbean cultures for a cilantro type taste in things such as Sofrito.
