Another year older, and I honestly feel stronger than ever — physically, mentally, emotionally.

Not because life has been easy.
But because I’ve been intentional.

Intentional about my health.
My boundaries.
The way I show up for myself.

I’m learning that growing older can feel really beautiful when you’re taking care of yourself along the way.

To move well.
To think clearly.
To feel steady inside.

And I don’t take that for granted🖤

I’m stepping outside my comfort zone and competing for Ms. Health & Fitness this year.

Fitness has completely changed my life — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It’s helped me build confidence, resilience, and a deeper love for who I am.
