Kingsway Junior Wrestling

Kingsway Junior Wrestling Kingsway Junior Wrestling In all, there are 15 teams, each with Tots, Bantams, Midgets, Juniors and Junior High squads.

The Kingsway Junior Wrestling program brings together children ages 5 through middle school from the Kingsway communities for an instructional and competitive program where basic wrestling skills are taught and practiced in a supervised setting under the guidance of experienced coaches. Our goal is to help our children develop confidence, self-reliance, discipline, and respect, while stressing the

importance of good sportsmanship and teamwork. Many of our former participants now wrestle on the Kingsway High School Wrestling Team and have found our program to be an invaluable experience to ensuring success on the high school level. Kingsway Junior Wrestling belongs to the Tri-County Junior Wrestling League, a highly competitive and organized league that includes teams throughout Southern New Jersey. Season practices begin in November with league meets starting in January. Competitive open and novice tournaments are scheduled and attended throughout the year as well. The Kingsway season ends in March with the Tri-County League Championship Tournament.

🚨 WRESTLING FAMILIES — WE REALLY NEED YOUR HELP! 🚨

Our mats at Hidden Acres have officially been refurbished and are ready to come home! Now we need our community to come together and help us get them unloaded and back where they belong.

📅 Thursday, August 20th
⏰ 8:30–9:30 AM
📍 Hidden Acres

We need 8–10 volunteers to help unload the mats from the truck and bring them inside. This is only ONE HOUR of your morning, but we truly cannot get this done without enough hands.

We have such an amazing wrestling community, and this is one of those times when we’re asking everyone who is able to PLEASE step up and help. These mats are for OUR kids and OUR program — and many hands will make quick work of it!

High school students are welcome to help and can earn COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS! Please share this with any students who may be available.

👉 If you can help, PLEASE reach out to Erich Eisenhart at 609-820-0643 so we know we have enough volunteers.

Even if you can’t make it, please SHARE this post and help us spread the word.

💙🤼 🤼💙

One of our own, Athenah, is facing a battle no child should ever have to face.

Athenah was recently diagnosed with Primary Mediastinal B-Cell Lymphoma, a rare and aggressive form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Since her diagnosis, she has already endured hospital stays, procedures, testing, medications, and more than any young girl should ever have to experience.

But if there’s one thing we know about wrestlers, it’s that they are fighters — and Athenah is showing just how strong a fighter she truly is. 💪💙

We are incredibly proud of this brave young girl. Her strength, courage, and fight are bigger than anything she could ever show on a wrestling mat. Now it’s our turn as a wrestling family to stand in her corner.

Please keep Athenah and her entire family in your thoughts and prayers as she continues treatment. If you are able, consider supporting her family through their fundraiser, and if you can’t donate, simply sharing it can make a difference.

Athenah, your entire Kingsway Youth Wrestling family is behind you. You are strong. You are brave. You are a fighter. And you are not fighting alone. 💙🤼

Our beautiful daughter, Athenah, has been diagnosed with Primary Mediastinal B-Cell Lymphoma, a rare and aggressive form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma that developed in the area between her lungs. We were told that this cancer is extremely rare in children. Athenah’s diagnosis has already required exten...

With heavy hearts, we extend our deepest condolences to the family, friends, teammates, and coaches of a fellow wrestler whose life was taken far too soon.

The wrestling community is more than a sport—it is a family. We celebrate victories together, push through challenges together, and in moments like this, we grieve together. While no words can ease the pain of such a tremendous loss, we hope the love and support of the wrestling community can provide some comfort during this difficult time.

Please keep his loved ones in your thoughts and prayers. May they find strength in the memories shared, the lives touched, and the countless people standing beside them.

Once a wrestler, always family. ❤️🤼
