Well, Mike and Miles had an itch to get Miles in a Pure Stock yet this year. So, on Friday, we loaded up the #45 and headed to Willmar for their last race of the year.

Miles did great for his first race in a big car and we are so proud of him. 🥹

We want to give a big shoutout to everyone that showed up to support Miles on his first night. We are so grateful for all the people who love our kids so much. ❤️ Thank You!

For those of you that didn’t know he was racing, sorry about that, we didn’t tell everyone. But I will say, I think just about everyone we told showed up for him.

We asked that he start in the back for the night. There were 2 other newish drivers that also asked to start in the back.

Heat Results:
Started 6th, finished 4th
*1 Car didn’t start the race and another hit the wall and couldn’t finish, so he didn’t technically pass anyone.

His results from the heat race got him into the redraw for the feature, so he was supposed to start pole- but we requested the back.

Feature results:
He started last - 11th and finished 6th.
*A couple cars didn’t start the feature, 1 didn’t finish and 1 got DQ’d. Miles did finish ahead of 1 car that also finished the race.

Our plans moving forward:
*Tad plans to finish out the season driving the #45.
*At the end of the year we will be buying the #45 from Tad.
*Mike and Miles will spend the winter/spring getting the car ready for Miles #25 to race on a regular basis next summer. Miles already has some design ideas in mind.

It’s going to be a wild ride ……

Friday Night was the final night in Monte for the season. Mike won his heat and got 2nd in the feature. He is the Track Champion for Street Stocks. 💙🧡

It’s hard to believe it, but we’ve officially made it to the FINAL WEEKEND of the 2026 season at Atwater Karting Speedway! 🏁

We have a fun weekend planned to wrap up another great year at AKS!

Between Saturday and Sunday the kids ran 3 complete shows.

Saturday: The Wing Rumble (2 Shows)
1st Show:
Miles
Heat: 4th ➡️ 3rd
Feature: 7th ➡️ 8th

Mallory (17 kart)
Heat: 4th ➡️ 5th
She tried a different class RBoxPro (Blue plate). After the heat she decided she’d like to go back to Green Plate for the next show. So she didn’t race the Blue Plate Feature.

2nd Show:
Miles
Heat: 5th ➡️ 5th
For the Wing Rumble, they raced a 50 lap feature.
Feature: Miles 15th ➡️ 10th

Mallory (17 Kart)
Heat: 1st ➡️ 5th
Feature: 13th ➡️ 14th

Saturday Mike raced in Madison for kids night.
Heat 5th ➡️ 1st 🥇
Feature 8th ➡️ 5th
Lap 3 of the feature we lost a cylinder and still managed to work our way up to 2nd. After losing a spot we had a late restart and fell back to 5th. Still a pretty good night.
