🌙🏁 SATURDAY NIGHT RACING IS ALMOST HERE! 🏁🌙

After this weekend’s Race #7, we roll right into our exciting Saturday Night Series beginning July 18th!

We have adjusted the schedule slightly to ensure that every division gets to race their feature event under the lights. We know some teams travel a long distance to race with us, and others may not be able to attend the Wednesday practice nights, so we wanted to create a schedule that gives everyone a fair opportunity to get comfortable on the track before competition begins.

Our night race format will include:

🏁 Open Practice (3:00 PM - 4:00 PM)

* Drivers will line up and go out one at a time
* 6-lap practice sessions
* Continuous rotation for the full hour

🏁 Group Practice (4:00 PM - 5:00 PM)

* One full round of group practice for all divisions

🏁 Drivers Meeting - 5:15 PM

🏁 Heat Races - 5:30 PM

🌙🏆 Feature Events Under the Lights - 8:00 PM

We wanted to get this schedule out early so teams can plan ahead and be prepared for our Saturday night events.

⚠️ Reminder: Clear helmet shields are required for all night series races. If you don’t have one yet, now is the time to get ready!

We are excited to bring a whole new atmosphere to the 603 Karting Series and can’t wait to see everyone under the lights beginning July 18th!

🏁 Attention Jr Champs! 🏁

The Todd Martell Memorial Race is now close to a month away, and this is one of the most special events on our schedule. This race will always be a part of the series as we honor Todd Martell and celebrate the competitive spirit of karting.

📅 Saturday, July 25th
🌙 Under the Lights

After speaking with our registered teams, we have decided that this event will be a non-points race for the Jr Champ division. This will allow teams from other tracks and series to join us and compete for one of the biggest Jr Champ events of the season.

💰 Purse

* 1st Place – $1,000
* 2nd Place – $400
* 3rd Place – $200

The 603 Karting Series will contribute $500, and division sponsor 603 Metalworks & Collision will contribute $500, creating a $1,000 winner’s purse. Additional sponsorships will be added directly to the overall payout as they come in.

🏁 Race Format

* Two practice rounds
* Time trials for all drivers
* Top 12 locked into the feature
* Maximum of 16 starters in the main event
* 10-lap LCQ to determine the final 4 starting positions
* 30 Lap Feature

🎟 Lap Sponsorships Coming Soon
We will soon be selling laps for $20 per lap for the 30-lap feature event. Proceeds will help support the purse and podium payouts while allowing businesses, teams, families, and fans to be part of this special race.

This event will feature a great payout, special awards, and the excitement of racing under the lights. We hope to see a strong field of Jr Champ drivers battling for the Todd Martell Memorial title!

🏁 Attention Traveling Teams / Registered Weekly Drivers!🏁

For any teams that traveled to race with us yesterday and for any of our registered weekly teams that can’t make it for our next race, we appreciate the effort and support you made to come race with us.

If you plan to return and compete with us again this season, your paid driver registration from yesterday will be honored and carried over to the next event you attend.

Thank you for supporting the 603 Karting Series and making the trip to race with us. We look forward to seeing you back at the track soon!

📣 Attention Tigers 📣

💥 This Friday night is your night to race on the big track night! Once the big track releases their schedule we will post it. You will go out for practice on their second round of practice. You will draw for your feature position after practice. Feature will be at 7:00 before the big track starts their heats! Drivers are free. Comment below if you plan on attending so we can get the roster to the announcer and put gate!

🏁 Thank you all for coming out and spending part of your Father's Day with us at the track today!

Unfortunately, the weather maps we saw this morning didn't match what actually happened. The early heavy rain washed the track out before we could get going. This was very unexpected. We saw sunshine behind the first round of weather, but there was also the possibility of additional rain arriving around 3:30–4:00 PM. As forecasted, the second round moved in around 3:40 PM, confirming that we made the right call despite the sunshine that followed.

We did everything we could to try and beat Mother Nature, but unfortunately she won this round.

🏁 Next Week's Plan:

• No practice
• Finish the remaining heat races that were not completed today. Small break.
• Go straight into Features after the makeup heats• Small break
•Then run the regularly scheduled heats followed by features

💰 Registration fees from today will carry over to next week's makeup feature races. Drivers will only need to pay a registration fee if they plan to compete in the second event of the day. Pit passes today will not follow over to next week. This is under our rainout policy in our rules as we started heats.

The days have been moving along smoothly, and with only five heat races left to complete and no practice scheduled, we are confident this format will be very manageable.

🏁 Father’s Day Race #6 – Sunday! 🏁

We’ve had teams reach out that will be joining us tomorrow for the first time and we’re excited to welcome you to the 603 Karting Series!

There is open parking on the back stretch where the new pavement is that does not have white lines.

We ask everyone to please respect the reserved stalls so our season teams can park in their assigned locations.

Thank you all for your cooperation, and we hope everyone enjoys a great day of racing while celebrating all the dads, grandfathers, uncles, and father figures who make our racing family so special.

🏁 Race #6 This Weekend! 🏁

This weekend is our scheduled Race #6, and we are looking forward to another great day at the track!

Due to a few scheduling conflicts, we did have to make a couple adjustments to the lineup and schedule. Sometimes life happens, and a little flexibility helps keep things moving smoothly. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation.

We are also excited to have an announcer on hand to help call lineups and keep racers, crews, and fans informed throughout the day.

Most importantly, we’re looking forward to celebrating all the amazing dads, grandfathers, uncles, and father figures who help make our racing community so special. Thank you for the time, dedication, and support you give these young racers every week.

Let’s make it another fun, competitive, and memorable day at the track. We can’t wait to see everyone on Sunday!
