Hey, peeps!!👋🏼

With the weather (hopefully) starting to get warmer, I am considering bringing back an outdoor mini shred class!

This will be a perfect opportunity to shred some body fat and get ready for summer!☀️ The class will be a mixture of HIIT/Cardio. I am wanting to be outside as much as possible with exceptions of weather.

What are your thoughts? Time frame, certain days of the week, etc? Let me know if you would be interested!
