Competitive Tryouts for age brackets U15 thru U19 will be held June 7th, 8th and 9th at La Sierra Community Center grass soccer fields. Our teams play in the NorCal playing league and compete in the Fall/Spring League, District Cup, and tournaments throughout the season.

Players born in 2005, 2006 and 2007 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Players born in 2003 and 2004 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm

Players need to bring shin guards, cleats, water bottle, wear appropriate soccer attire.

Players will train within the Carmichael, Citrus Hieghts, Foothill Farms, Mission El Camino area. The season starts in June and runs through May, high school players will have a break from club during the high school soccer season.

Please pre-register so that we can get you through the sign in process quickly. We do require each player to have a signed Player Participation Waiver for tryouts and you will find that in the pre-registration link.

Are you interested in joining a competitive soccer team? Capital Valley Futbol Club is holding tryouts for the following age groups listed below. We cover the Carmichael, Citrus Heights, La Sierra, Mission El Camino, and Foothill Farms area in the northern Sacramento area.

Are you ready to take your game to the next level or maybe your undecided if you're ready to make the move? Come on out to our tryouts and see what competitive soccer is all about. You are also invited to attend our Pre-Tryout clinics this week.

We ask that anyone interested in tryouts pre-register at capitalvalleyfc.com. After you register for tryouts you can also attend the Pre-Tryout Clinic for free.

Tryouts and Pre-Tryout Clinic will be held at La Sierra Community Centers grass soccer fields located in Carmichael, CA.

2019-20 TRYOUTS CVU

Capital Valley United (CVU) Soccer Club is your local competitive soccer club! We are located in North Sacramento and we serve the CVYSL playing league. CVU provides boys and girls the opportunity to play soccer at its highest levels. Come join our team and play at the highest levels! Our coaches are National, Regional, and State licensed. Coaching staff experience also includes high school and semi-professional backgrounds.

Tryouts will be held at Foothill High School Monday 5/21, Tuesday 5/22, and Wednesday 5/23

Our 06/07 boys team is looking for a few more players. If you have a player this age still looking for a team, come join our playdate on Tuesday, May 14th from 5:30pm - 7:30pm at Foothill High School. They will be on the grass fields next to the football stadium. Use the parking lot on Hillsdale for access.
