🥎MEET THE COACHING STAFF🥎
Taylor Brown | Head Coach
Otherwise known as Coach TB, Taylor brings passion, energy, and a player-first mindset to the Reds RBI program. With a strong background in leadership, youth development, and community engagement, she is dedicated to helping athletes grow both on and off the field, and holds that very close to her coaching philosophy.
Coach TB focuses on building confidence, softball IQ, and a competitive mindset while creating a supportive team culture where players feel challenged, valued, and empowered.
As both a coach and a mom of four active boys, she understands the importance of discipline, teamwork, and resilience, and she strives to instill those qualities in every athlete she works with. Her goal is to help players reach their full potential while fostering a lifelong love for the game.
Coach TB played softball at Colerain High School, played Division II Softball and Volleyball at Shaw University, then finished her softball career at Miami Hamilton, where she ultimately graduated with her Bachelors in Business Management, and now works for TriHealth in Marketing and Community Outreach!
Taylor has been coaching for 11 years, ranging from ages 12-18U, as well as leading various programs like Fun at Bat (introductory baseball/softball for 4-7 year olds), as well as multiple camps, clinics, CPS programming, and more.
A big part of Taylor's mission in the game extends beyond youth athletics through her role as Co-Founder of SolHer Women's Superdrafts, a women centered softball initiative focused on creating competitive, empowering, and community driven opportunities for female athletes. SolHer was built on the belief that women deserve spaces in sports that celebrate their strength, leadership, and individuality while fostering connection and confidence through competition.
Taylor believes that philanthropy is what makes the earth spin, and honors that by ensuring her coaching staff are all female Reds RBI Alumni.
