It’s not a option. In a job that expects law enforcement to be prepared. Citizens expect police to be at their best. You can’t expect to help others when it’s time, if you can’t help yourself. It could be the different between going home, or not.

Are you taking the correct magnesium⁉️

Not all magnesium is the same — the type matters because each form absorbs differently and affects the body differently.

Magnesium glycinate is one of the best forms because:
• It absorbs really well
• It’s gentle on the stomach
• It helps with sleep, relaxation, stress, and muscle recovery
• It doesn’t cause diarrhea like citrate or oxide

BEST FORM TO LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE❗️, due to its effectiveness in relaxing blood vessels

Other forms have specific uses (like citrate for constipation), but glycinate is the best all-around option for daily use, recovery, and nervous system support.

I take 2 capsule before bed, and 1 in the morning so 450 a day. This is the way I found that works best for me.
