Summer races lead to fall fitness! Everyone is well into the fall season, and several folks got out to test themselves on the roads. Annie, Andrew, and Kaitlyn braved the heat, humidity, and even a DOWNED TREE on the course at the Little Miami Half Marathon today. Erin and John tackled a hilly course in northern Michigan at the Port Oneida 10K. Everyone who raced this weekend is currently rehydrating and telling themselves over and over that training in the heat makes you faster.

Can we make a Laura Petra Appreciation Day and maybe even make it a National Holiday? She is literally the cherry on top for every group run. Our Selfie Queen and hype women. The sweetest and just pain awesome. This incredible just recent ran the Carmel Marathon and here’s a a brief history she ran Boston not once not twice and but be running it for a 3rd time even after knee surgery and main race cancellations she made it happen once again🌸❤️ this team loves you!
