🥳 SUPer EXCITING NEWS 🥳
Let's flashback to October 2023, when I reached out to the Professional Stand Up Paddleboard Association (PSUPA) to earn my paddleboard certification. While looking through programs, I noticed they were developing a SUP Pilates certification. As someone who had been taking Pilates classes for years, I immediately knew I wanted to be a part of it. Then something incredible happened: they were looking for someone to write a manual and training program.
Fast forward to today... and the PSUPA SUP Pilates Teacher Training Manual that I wrote is officially published! Writing a book has always been on my bucket list, so while this isn't a book, a published 38 page training manual feels like a "pretty" amazing first chapter!

Ashley surprised her husband with an adventurous date night on the water for his birthday, and I'd say it was a success! You both were naturals on the board 🌊

Katie finally made it out on the water this season, and it couldn't have been for a better reason: our annual lake clean-up with Cicero Chiropractic!
