Cardio is important.
Do I enjoy it? Absolutely not.
Ok but seriously, cardio improves heart health, endurance, recovery, and so much more. And I really do it! I just reserve the right to complain about it.

In all seriousness, cardiovascular exercise IS super important even if it is not always the vibe. It helps with strong heart, better endurance, improved recovery, blood pressure, fat loss/maintenance, brain health, and longevity...it matters.

You dont have to love it, but you should do SOME: walk, jog, hike, dance, row, something fun that elevates your heart rate.

Start small, work up, build the habit and consistency, dont stress if you miss one day, it all counts.

Your future self will thank you!

Quick jaunt up to today from San Diego to see this gem of a fellow ! This was mine and first time going to a con to get autographs from anyone and Amir did not disappoint! Thank you for being so great to your fans and doing justice to the awesome character that is Alastor on Hazbin Hotel!
We (ok I) have been obsessed with this show for a while, so it was just cool all around. We now have our first autographed picture (crazy, right? Especially for nerds like us) and hope to collect more soon!

Any millenial with kids probably watched the gem of a show, Ya Gabba Gabba, at some point with their kids. We were lucky enough to stumble into during San Diego Comic Con 2017 (Liam was dressed as a Warboy from Mad Max Fury Road). Well fast forward 2025, here is our boy again, with DJ Lance Rock at the booth at SDCC again! This was awesome getting these two shots.

Thanks DJ Lance for the show that we still as adults turn on from time to time ("we dont bite our friends"!..."chomp chomp chomp, no no no!" These are important life lessons I have to remind myself of daily).
