Brief Update for all you guys!

I’ll be getting my colonoscopy done along with a drainage installed more than likely today to speed up the process of getting me back on food and liquids as soon as possible before the actual surgery plus heal the pockets where the abscesses and infection are at.

So far I’m facing some form of ostomy bag just not sure the placement of it yet and what will need to be done. But this will help relieve all of my symptoms and eventually can be reversed (fingers crossed) 🤞🏽.

Thank you to each and everyone of you who continues to reach out and check in on me daily. Love you guys deeply and appreciate it!

Everybody battles something behind closed doors!

Help our owner out to reach his goal of $5000 to assist him pay for school and his sons needs trot the remainder of the year while he prepares to receive a diagnosis of what is going internally. Surgery will be expected but time has not been confirmed due to multiple tests.

I’m a person that never asks for assistance because I’ve always been having to be strong. I’ve always had to be the strong one in almost all of my situations because I am the provider and leader.

But leaders get tired and many of us are fighting a difficult battle behind closed doors. This battle with Diverticulitis has been a 9 year long hell in a cell match. Some of these videos you will see are raw and as real as I can get. I have no shame, no embarrassment because these are things out of my control happening to me and it’s up to me to keep the perspective that it will all work out and I will soon receive a life changing surgery. I know my bio in the go fund me is long but please read it all!

I’ve reached my limits and now it’s time to let things happen and heal so I can be who I need to be for my peers and my family.

I’m trying to raise $5000. This isn’t to bu****it around with or spend. This is literally to help me get through school this year, buying all my supplies and belongings and adding to the financial aid I was able to get. While this is going on I will be dealing with a surgery date and figuring out the recovery process and what will happen pending on that surgery. This is also going straight to the care of my son and making sure I’m holding what I can down.

Please, any and everything truly helps me out. I don’t need more than what I’m asking for. I can make it through just with this help alone.

Imagine missing work all because your lazy ass won’t take initiative and pulled your back bending over getting the morning news paper. Funny…who the hell reads the newspaper anyways in the early 2020’s but apparently your back said F-You and your posture went to s**t now. You can’t sit down to take a s**t, wife’s mad because you move like a wooden board in bed, the guys at work call you the “old timer”….AND YOU’RE YOUNGER THAN THEY ARE!! Ladies, you’re not safe either! That waist trainer in the corner of your closet you bought and wore 7 times in 3 years is battling dust and spiders. You’re a treadmill enthusiast and your best friends with the cardio queen who eats cheese with crackers and says she’s keto all the way.

What is your breaking point? When you can no longer keep up with your kids? When that heart attack hits? When your jeans you bought a week ago already DONT fit. You got man b***s and your wife looks like melted ice cream and the kids are baby chicken nuggets you damn McDonald’s Meal. Let’s not even entertain the thought of someone attacking you, and before you even get 10 punches off with the reaction time of a sloth playing table tennis, you’re on the ground and possibly having your family hurt.

YOU NEED TO BE EVERY DAY LIFE READY! Prepared for whatever life throws at you because clearly the worlds going bat s**t crazy and it’s better to be in shape, prepared and having your mental on point than facing the unknown and not being somewhat prepared!

I promise you this, you will not be the same person you started as once you enter these walls of S1 Rebuild. Let’s punch life back in its fu***ng mouth and take back our control of who we know we are.

This off-season hypertrophy block is highly focused on utilizing SUBMAXIMAL weights under controlled eccentrics and isometrics. Addressing my nerve issue in my shoulder not being to activate my lats properly, regaining strength and size from my pec/bicep tear, and simply getting stronger in many movements I suck at.

185 4x15 doesn’t seem like s**t until you add 3 second tempos or squats end up being your 4th exercise and being pre fatigued from other exercises. Less powerlifitng more bodybuilding and strength & conditioning to transfer back to powerlifting and be a fu***ng machine.

If you don’t take time to address your weakness on the off season trust me they’ll take time to address you in due time!

Hey guys!

Many of you ask me what supplements I’m currently taking dealing with training and diverticulitis and more. Well I’m sorry to disappoint many but no I am not juicing. There are no supplements really that will get you the “industry” results you are asking for.

A majority of the athletes you follow aren’t natural, are promoting heavy endorsement deals they’ve been given and allowing you guys to believe you can achieve the same. Even if you were juicing the work ethic they put in behind that is what gives them that look.

If you really want the best bang for you buck and no gimmicks sticking with your standard vitamins is essential. A multivitamin, Super B-Complex, Glucosamine (not purchase yet), Calcium Magnesium & Zinc, if you can’t do many dairy products throwing in acidophilus for probiotics and gut health is good, Iron as I’m anemic, also Orange Juice 12oz daily and a super greens formula. This is really all you need to aside from proper dieting and getting in your nutrients through food intake and calorie dense items.

Don’t let this fitness industry bu****it blow smoke up your ass with the false products containing massive amounts of fillers and other products that are wreaking havoc on your system!

This was taken over a year after my car accident and completely had atrophied. Lost every ounce of muscle I had spent developing over the past couple of years.

It took time, patience, and starting at the very basics before getting back to where I am today which still isn’t where I used to be.

But can’t keep focusing on what I “used” to be. I have an opportunity to become bigger, better, smarter, more into stepping towards my true calling and direction. That is what is keeping me going. I look back and this was 4 years ago.

KEEP GOING ELIJAH!!!

If you’re seeking to develop a large and defined back, nothing will get you there quite like heavy dead’s and heavy pulling and rowing!

You can work with slow eccentrics, hard isometric contractions or you can use a lot of body English and pump heavy weight for bigger lifts! The goal is only the destination and you have many tolls to help you get there.

Pick one and squeeze and lift hard. Very hard. Feel yourself growing each and every rep!
