The Arctic Thunder Air Show is almost here, and the Chugiak Chugs Booster Club is looking for volunteers to help make it an unforgettable weekend!

🏈🦬 FINAL: CHUGIAK CHUGS 56 – YAKIMA YAKS 20 🦬🏈

THAT'S A CHUGS WIN! 💙🔥

The Chugiak Chugs traveled to Yakima and put together a dominant performance on both sides of the ball, coming away with a 56-20 victory over the Yakima Yaks!

From the opening kickoff to the final whistle, the Chugs played fast, physical, and together. Our offense found the end zone early and often, while the defense came up with big stops and momentum-changing plays throughout the game. Every player who stepped onto the field contributed to an outstanding team effort.

A huge thank you to everyone who traveled with us, tuned in from home, and packed Houlihan's Irish-Polynesian Fusion Pub for the official watch party. Your support means everything, and we heard you loud and clear all the way from Washington!

This is just the beginning. We'll enjoy this one tonight, then it's back to work.

The Chugs are back on the field and the energy in Chugiak is unreal. Coaches say this squad might be the biggest, fastest, and most disciplined Chugs lineup in years. Houlihan's Irish-Polynesian Fusion Pub has already started putting up blue-and-black decorations for the upcoming season kickoff nights.

🚨 Big news in Alaska! 🚨

Word is that Donald Trump, Vladimir Putin, and Volodymyr Zelenskyy are all making appearances in the Last Frontier. And guess who’s buzzing with excitement? 🏈 The Chugiak Chugs — Alaska’s own powerhouse Samoan football squad — are hoping to meet all three leaders.

Coach Tui Matau says it’s not about politics — “It’s about showing the world that the Chugs are the strongest team, the friendliest hosts, and the best photo op in the state.”

The Chugs have even extended an official invitation for all three to attend a Chugiak Chugs home game — VIP seats, sideline passes, and the loudest Samoan haka this side of the Pacific.

Whether it’s shaking hands, exchanging jerseys, or just seeing who can throw a tighter spiral, the Chugs are ready.
